適用平台：Prizoo 平台之所有抽獎活動及相關使用服務。

我們非常感謝您選擇使用本 Prizoo 應用程式（以下簡稱「本App」）。本App重視您的個人隱私權，並致力於在提供服務的同時，確保您的個人資料受到妥善保護。為此，我們依據中華民國《個人資料保護法》、歐洲聯盟《一般資料保護規則》（GDPR）以及其他主要法域之資料保護規範，制定本隱私權政策，藉以說明我們如何合法、審慎且負責任地蒐集、處理、儲存、傳輸與利用您的個人資訊。

當您註冊成為本App之使用者，或使用我們所提供之功能與服務時，即表示您理解並同意我們可能會蒐集與處理您所提供的帳戶資料（如姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼），以及您於使用App過程中產生的行為資料與使用軌跡（如操作點擊、頁面停留時間、偏好設定與互動歷史）。我們亦可能運用自動化工具，取得裝置資訊、IP位址、瀏覽器類型、作業系統版本及地理位置等技術性資料，以強化應用程式的安全性與效能表現。

本App所蒐集之資訊，主要用於向您提供所承諾之服務內容、執行使用者身份驗證、提供客戶服務與技術支援、偵測與防範濫用行為、並持續優化產品功能。我們亦會在符合法律授權與用戶同意的前提下，運用上述資訊進行去識別化後的資料分析，藉此推進我們之商業發展，包括但不限於用戶輪廓建構、市場趨勢預測、內容推薦系統與廣告分潤機制等。這些資料最終可能用於產出我們專屬的演算法與商業機密報告。

本App所使用之技術架構及伺服器可能設置於台灣或其他具備適當資料保護水準之國家。我們將以高度審慎之態度處理任何涉及跨境資料傳輸的情況，並確保該國法律制度提供足夠的個人資料保護標準。所有傳輸均會採取必要之加密與存取控管措施，防止您的資料於過程中遭受竊取或篡改。

我們可能會與技術合作夥伴（如雲端儲存服務供應商、身份驗證平台、資料分析工具或行銷自動化平台）進行合理且受控制的資料處理行為。對於此類合作對象，我們皆要求其簽署資料保護協議，並確保其符合與我們同等標準之資料安全政策。

關於資料保留期間，我們僅會於達成蒐集目的所需期間內保存您的個人資料，除非法律另有規定或我們基於爭議處理、防詐或風險管理之合理必要性，得延長儲存。屆時，我們將以安全方式刪除、匿名化或隔離保存該等資料。

依據適用法律，您享有查閱、更正、刪除、限制處理、反對處理及資料可攜等多項權利。如您希望行使上述權利、撤回先前的同意，或對我們的資料處理方式有任何疑問，您可透過本政策所載之聯絡方式向我們提出申請。我們將於合理期限內完成處理並提供回覆。

我們的App亦可能使用第三方服務（如Firebase、Google Analytics、Meta SDK等）以提供註冊登入、數據分析、錯誤追蹤與行銷管理等功能。該等服務提供者將依其自身隱私政策規範使用其收集的資訊，建議您一併參閱其條款內容。

我們所蒐集的資料也可能被用來提供更個性化的廣告體驗或推播內容，前提是您已透過明確勾選或其他形式給予同意。您可隨時透過App內設定頁面關閉此功能，或選擇退出相關推播與行銷行為。

若我們將來導入會員制度、付費機制或與第三方商業合作方案，將另行說明並提供您完整告知與選擇權限。本App將不會預設開啟任何非必要的資料處理功能，所有與行銷或個人化服務相關之行為，皆以使用者主動授權為前提。

我們保留隨時修訂本政策內容之權利，並將透過App通知或官網公告之方式提醒用戶留意。如政策內容涉及重大變更，我們將主動通知並重新徵得您的同意。

本App不以未滿十三歲之未成年人為主要目標族群，並將於發現違規蒐集時立即刪除其資料。監護人如對其所屬孩童之資料處理有疑慮，可與我們聯繫。

Thank you for choosing to use this application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”). We highly value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data while providing our services. This Privacy Policy is formulated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan), the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other relevant data protection regulations from major jurisdictions. It is intended to explain how we lawfully, carefully, and responsibly collect, process, store, transfer, and use your personal information.

By registering as a user of this App or utilizing the features and services we provide, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect and process the account data you provide (such as name, email address, and phone number), as well as behavioral data and usage patterns generated during your use of the App (such as clicks, page duration, preference settings, and interaction history). We may also employ automated tools to collect technical data including device information, IP address, browser type, operating system version, and geographic location to enhance the security and performance of the App.

The information we collect is primarily used to deliver the services promised to you, perform user authentication, provide customer service and technical support, detect and prevent abuse, and continuously optimize our product features. With your explicit consent and in accordance with legal authorization, we may also use the collected data—after de-identification—for data analysis to support our business development. This includes, but is not limited to, user profiling, market trend forecasting, content recommendation systems, and advertising revenue mechanisms.Importantly, while such data may contribute to the creation of proprietary algorithms and business intelligence reports, these outputs will not disclose any personally identifiable information.

The technical infrastructure and servers used by the App may be located in Taiwan or in other jurisdictions that offer adequate levels of data protection. We will handle any cross-border data transfer with a high degree of caution and ensure that the legal system of the recipient country provides sufficient protection for personal data. All transfers will employ necessary encryption and access control measures to prevent data theft or tampering during transmission.

We may engage with technical partners (such as cloud storage service providers, authentication platforms, data analytics tools, or marketing automation platforms) for legitimate and controlled data processing activities. We require all such partners to sign data protection agreements and comply with security standards equivalent to ours.

Regarding data retention, we will store your personal data only for the duration necessary to achieve the original collection purposes, unless a longer retention period is legally required or justified for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or risk management. For features involving artificial intelligence or automated decision-making, we assure you that the final results will not impose significant legal or practical impacts on you. A human review mechanism is also available should you wish to request a reevaluation of a system-generated decision.

Our App may utilize third-party services (such as Firebase, Google Analytics, Meta SDK, etc.) to enable functions including account login, data analytics, error tracking, and marketing management. These third-party service providers handle data according to their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review their terms accordingly.

Data we collect may also be used to deliver a more personalized advertising or push notification experience, provided that you have explicitly opted in through a checkbox or similar method. You may disable this functionality or opt out of related push content via the settings page within the App.

Should we introduce a membership system, paid services, or third-party business partnerships in the future, we will provide separate notices and obtain your informed consent. The App will never activate non-essential data processing features by default. All marketing or personalized service activities will be subject to your voluntary authorization.

We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time and will notify users via in-App notification or website announcement. In the event of significant changes, we will proactively inform you and request renewed consent.

This App is not intended for users under the age of thirteen (13), and we will promptly delete any information collected from minors upon discovery. If you are a legal guardian and have concerns about the processing of your child’s data, please contact us.
